The EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE Quality Mark has been offered to all producers and service providers fulfilling the following conditions:
- The applicant is a natural person or legal entity seated in the European Union
- Products and services are in compliance with European Community regulations in force
- The producer must observe rules of good manufacturing practise
- The service provider must observe the professional code of ethics
- The holder of the mark is obliged to mark a product or a service with the EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE logo
