The applicant is a natural person or legal entity seated in the European Union Products and services are in compliance with European Community regulations in force The producer must observe rules of good manufacturing practise The service provider must observe the professional code of ethics The holder of the mark is obliged to mark a product or a service with the EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE logo

Hereby I apply for a price offer for examination of fulfilment of conditions for the award of the EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE quality mark Hereby I apply for a price offer for the award of the EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE quality mark for the period of two years Hereby I apply for an inspection of the quality of products and services offered. I declare that all given data are true and correspond to facts. I undertake to deliver to the administrator of the EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE mark all information which may influence any decision on the award of the EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE quality mark in the future. On request I will submit to the administrator of the EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE mark all technical documentations in relation to a product. There is no legal claim to the award of the quality mark, this application may be denied although all given conditions have been fulfilled. Receipt of application does not undertake the applicant to make any payments, however in case of failure to pay for the award the applicant is not entitled to use the EURO QUALITY CERTIFICATE mark in commercial relations.
